What is a fact sheet?

Fact sheets are documents that compress critical information into a quick one-page reference. These sheets serve to provide essential information in quick and easy way for others to understand. In other words, they should be visually appealing, crisp, clear and concise. They are not single-page essays. Instead, the text should be broken into small chunks and cleverly designed around charts, images, bullet points and resources.

Your enzyme fact sheet will provide basic information that would help someone better understand the role of enzymes in living organisms. It should be creatively designed, easy to read, and include basic information. You should also try to make it interesting. Some ideas on what you might include are: 

What is an enzyme made of?
What is the purpose (i.e. the role) of an enzyme?
How common are enzymes?
Are enzymes necessary for reactions?
Are enzymes one-size-fits-all?
Examples of common/abundant enzymes and their reactions.
You will submit a single-page pdf file of your fact sheet. Consider this a professional document, so it should be proofread carefully before submission. It should also include at least one reference (properly cited).
