The topic I have chosen for my final project is nudism. The thesis that will go into this paper is that nudism is your body in a natural state, and you should be able to express yourself accordingly; however, if found nude in public, you could be fined. This topic is viewed almost as taboo to some, accepted by others. Clothes are a thing that man invented; when we are born, we are not born with clothes; we are born nude. There are many reasons why nudity should be accepted. This could promote well-being; sometimes, others need a confidence booster. If they see bodies that fall short of achieving aesthetic standards, they could potentially begin to love and accept themselves.

Just as there are many reasons why nudity should be accepted, there are many reasons why nudity should be banned. For example, lack of hygiene could pose a risk to the public. If nudity is accepted and humans are not practicing good hygiene, we risk things such as cross-contamination. Another reason would simply be an offense. Many people take serious offense to nudity, which could be due to many reasons, such as past trauma. There are reasons why nudism could and would not be classified as deviant behavior. It is ultimately up to your culture and the location.
