You have to develop a digital innovation for a chosen organisation. If needed, you can agree your choice of organisation with the Lecturer. Based on website information, relevant industry publications and concepts discussed in the lecture, you have to complete a new business model canvas of your chosen organisation that includes your digital innovation. You should highlight the impact of your digital innovation on the existing business model of your chosen organisation. For each part of the business model canvas, you should underline the new elements brought by the implementation of the digital innovation. In other words, you should underline the main changes caused by the implementation of the digital innovation compared to the initial business model.
Please note that you do not need to describe the technical architecture of the innovation in detail. However, you should justify the opportunities for digital innovation in the light of business model components across the canvas and the presentation.
