2.    Consider material learned in this course to assess the quality of your diet and your related eating habits.
3.    Discuss the following in a 2-3 page paper:
    What are you doing right and what do you need to improve upon?please be specific!
    Specific strategies you could implement to make improvements in your diet and eating habits.
4.    Lastly, create a single-day, modified eating plan which reflects the specific improvements needed to your dietI would also prefer this in menu format.
