Use Times New Roman 12 pt. font.
Double-space your essay.
Each paragraph has 4-8 sentences.
Write five paragraphs.
Spell all words correctly.
Use proper punctuation.
Use proper grammar.
Include as many details as possible and as much information as possible from the novel and your research by writing properly punctuated compound, complex, and compound-complex sentences.
Give evidence from the novel.
Don’t summarize the novel.
If you ask a question in the hook, answer it in your essay. Don’t use the assignment (the question you selected above) as a hook. Come up with your own question.
