Course Learning Outcomes for Unit VII Upon completion of this unit, students should be able to:

1. Explain foundational communication concepts that can affect professional communication. 2. Develop communication strategies for various cross-cultural workplaces. 3. Identify ethical considerations for communication in a global work environment. 4. Discuss the impact of changing technologies on professional communication. 5.
