Instructions for the outline:
An sentence outline of at least 300 words is due on turnitin at 11:59 p.m. on April 12.  The outline needs to briefly state all of the points you plan to make in the paper, addressing all of the questions in the final paper instructions below and giving bibliographic references for the two news items; the references need to be complete enough (including the exact title, news outlet, and date) so the instructor can locate the news items online in case the URL doesnt work.  A sentence outline means that each line of the outline consists of a grammatical sentence, with subject and verb.  Submissions that are not in sentence outline format will be not be graded.
