Write a brief  report  on  the  protectionist  measures  for  the  country  of  Thailand  over  the  time frame from 2000-2018. Gather information on the level of protectionism of Thailand.

(a)Identify the industries that are most severely protected and how they are protected. Present the rationale of the government for protecting those industries.[6points] (~250 words)

(b)Analyse and discussthe rationale for protectionism on why those industries are protected in your own view and evaluate whether the protectionist measures are effective in your own view.Present evidence to back your claims. [4points] (~170 words)
