Over the course of the semester, you will submit two analyses of these primary sources using  library resources  and one of the archives listed on our syllabus. Once you have found at least two scholarly articles (course readings dont count!) that mention your source, you will write a ~600-word essay that summarizes their arguments and develops your own, original interpretation of that source. Your goal is to use outside scholarship to explain how these primary sources can help us interpret labor issues. ”
